CIRQUS — a sustainable coffee brand

CIRQUS is a Copenhagen coffee brand built on three promises: buy fairly, roast carefully, and make things that last. We work with a short list of farms and co-operatives and return to the same lots year after year. That continuity is what lets us pay above the commodity price and still plan a harvest ahead. Every bag lists the origin, the producer and the roast date. Our roastery in Kødbyen runs small batches, so beans reach you within days of roasting. Ceramics are thrown by hand in a studio a few streets away, and our brewing gear is chosen for repairability, not novelty. Sustainability is not a badge on the bag — it is the buying contract, the packaging, the power bill and the fact that we would rather sell you one cup you keep for ten years than ten you throw away.
